My work is informed by over 20 years of meditation, 400+ hours of Traditional Thai Massage Therapy training by Master Healers in Thailand, Reiki (Master Level), Quantum Touch, CranialSacral Therapy, Taoist Energy Practices and learning Swedish Massage as a child from my mother.

What to expect from our journey together:
– If you’re just beginning your exploration, you will be more on the side of opening your ability to sense it’s presence in all of it’s aspects (especially the ones you were not seeing before), and practicing responding more gently vs reacting unconsciously. This is a huge relief. You will feel empowered to move forward with practices and tools that your deeper wisdom has designed specifically for you.
– If you have been working on this issue deeply in the middle or long term, at the end of 6 sessions, you will be well down the path of reforging this root as well as having much more clarity and insight about it. Your practices and tools will have effected quite a change in your life and you will be retooling this root into something beautifully useful, a magnificent gift in your life.
