One way is to feel it with out thinking about it, with out going into the story of why you are feeling it.
Then it goes.
Making room for what ever is next!
Like happiness.

  1. One thing I would say, and maybe it s more a man thing, is that I used to not feeling any fears, it was kind of numbed. Then With this kind of work for a while it felt like carp, like how come I have so much fears, Me!?
    And finally I realized everybody has some, whether they re aware of it or not, and that when we re aware of them as they come, they naturally go away.
