When you give me any of your contact information, such as subscribing to the blog on this site, I keep this information for my use only.
Subscriber information is not shared with any other person or entity to my knowledge, aside from MailChimp, the subscription service, where all subscriber information is stored. No subscriber data is stored on this site.
Likewise, client information, such as name and email address, is not shared with any other person or entity except with the specific businesses I contract to support this one, namely those involved in collecting your payments, such as if you pay through Wise or Stripe, and also my accounting company, who sees your name and email in the reporting records created by the above payment companies.
I do not collect any other information from you on this site (no cookies, no comments, no IP addresses, no browser info, etc.) and none of your data is kept on this site itself.

My services offer virtual sessions including distant healing, intuitive guidance, and meditation coaching. These services are intended for personal development, relaxation, and holistic well-being. Sessions are conducted remotely via video call, phone, or audio.
2. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own health and well-being. Energy healing is not a legally recognized replacement for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you have any physical or mental health concerns, consult a licensed healthcare provider before participating.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
I make no guarantees about results. Outcomes vary based on individual experiences. The services provided are educational and spiritual in nature and do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness or disease. I am not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of my services.
4. Confidentiality
All personal information and session details are kept confidential. I do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. You agree not to disclose confidential information shared during sessions.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full or if paying on a subscription basis, may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are discretionary and subject to approval.
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase of products or for course or membership programs.
6. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed securely via Wise, Stripe or other secure payment platforms. Payments are due either after the first session, on a session by session basis or as agreed, usually in one, two or three payments. Payments are due with in 7 days of invoicing. Subscription fees are charged in advance and auto-renew unless canceled 30 days prior. All fees are non-refundable after the 30-day period.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, guides, and materials, is the property of the service provider. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website or services for any unlawful purpose, to spam, defame, or harm others, or to interfere with the platform’s functionality.
9. Modifications
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the business is based, which is Hong Kong. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
